اثر القاء کلیشه ‌های مثبت بر شایستگی ادراک‌شده، علاقه و یادگیری مهارت فوتبال در دختران نوجوان

چکیده
هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر القاء کلیشه‏های مثبت بر شایستگی ادراک شده، علاقه و یادگیری حرکتی دختران نوجوان بود. بدین منظور، از میان دختران نوجوان شهر شیراز، 30 دختر با دامنه سنی 13-10 ساله به روش نمونه‏گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. شرکت‏کنندگان پس از انجام 10 کوشش، به‏طور تصادفی در دو گروه مساوی تجربی و کنترل جای گرفتند. شرکت‏کنندگان قبل از ورود ، دستورالعمل‏های مرتبط را دریافت کردند، سپس از آنان خواسته شد باضربه بغل پا، اهداف معینی را هدف قرار دهند. شرکت‏کنندگان 24 ساعت پس از آخرین کوشش‏ اکتساب در آزمون یادداری شرکت کردند. از شرکت‏کنندگان خواسته شد تا قبل از پیش‏آزمون، بعد از اکتساب و قبل از یادداری به سؤالات مرتبط با شایستگی ادراک شده و علاقه/لذت پاسخ دهند. برای تحلیل داده‏ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مرکب (بلوک‏های تمرینی)5Í(گروه‏ها)2 در مرحله اکتساب، آزمون‏های تحلیل واریانس یک‏راهه در مراحل پیش‏آزمون و یادداری و آزمون‏های تی مستقل برای پرسش‏نامه‏ها با استفاده از نرم‏افزار SPSS نسخه 21 و در سطح اطمینان 05/0≥P استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که هر دو گروه بهبود معناداری در عملکرد در مرحله اکتساب داشته‏اند. نتایج همچنین نشان داد کلیشه‏های مثبت باعث افزایش شایستگی ادراک شده و یادگیری حرکتی دختران نوجوان در مرحله یادداری می‏شود.

The effect of inducing positive stereotypes on perceived competence, interest and learning soccer skill in adolescent girls

چکیده English

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of inducing positive stereotypes on perceived competence, interest and motor learning in adolescent girls. Therefore, among all of the adolescent girls in Shiraz, 30 adolescent with the age range of 10-13 years were selected by convenience sampling. Participants performed 10 trials as a pre-test and afterward, they were randomly divided into two groups . The acquisition phase consisted of 50 trials (5 blocks of 10 trials), and the task required participants to perform inside kicks at targets area attached to a wall and touching the ground. Twenty-four hours after the acquisition phase, participants attended retention test (with 10 trials) to check learning effects on them. The participants were asked to answer the questions related to perceived competence and interest before pre-test, after the acquisition phase, and before the retention test. To analyzing data, one way and Mix ANOVAs analysis and Independent T test were conducted using SPSS21 at significance level P≤0.05. The results showed that in the acquisition phase, all groups significantly increased their accuracy, though difference among groups was not significant. Also, the results showed that the induction of positive stereotypes led to higher perceived competence and motor learning in adolescent girls
