ارتباط توجه در مراحل مختلف اجرا با سرعت اجرای تکنیک حین رقابت واقعی؛ یک مطالعۀ طبیعت‌گرا روی جودوکاران خبرۀ عضو تیم ملی

چکیده
هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش توجه بر عملکرد جودوکاران خبره در شرایط واقعی و در قالب یک پژوهش تلفیقی بود. 14 جودوکار عضو تیم ملی بزرگسالان کشور در مطالعه شرکت کردند. در بخش کیفی پژوهش، توجه ورزشکاران در شرایط رقابت از طریق روش فراخوانی تحریک شده مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت. در بخش کمی، ارتباط بین تعداد نشانه­های توجه و همچنین درصد توجه در مراحل آماده­سازی، اجرا و مجموع (آماده­سازی و اجرا) با مدت زمان اجرا ارزیابی گردید. یافته­ها نشان داد درحالی­که توجه در مرحلۀ اجرا ارتباط معناداری با مدت زمان حرکت نداشت، توجه در مرحلۀ آماده­سازی با سرعت اجرای فن در ارتباط بود بنحوی­که کاهش تعداد نشانه­های توجه در مرحلۀ آماده­سازی و درعین حال افزایش درصد تمرکز روی حریف با سرعت بالاتر در اجرای فنون همراه بود. نتایج این پژوهش بطور کلی نشان می­دهد تمرکز روی حریف در مرحلۀ آماده­سازی با سرعت اجرای بیشتر در اجرای تکنیک در رقابت­های واقعی همراه است.

Association between attention in different performance phases with speed of technique execution during real competitions; A naturalistic investigation using national-level expert judo players

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of attention in skilled performance in real conditions, using a mixed-method study. Fourteen expert judo player participated in the study. The stimulated recall was used in the qualitative phase of the study to explore athletes’ attention in real competitive conditions. In the quantitative portion of the study, number and percentages of foci in preparation phase, execution phase, and total (preparation +execution) were associated with performance movement time. Our results indicated that while attention during execution phase was not associated with performance time, attention in the preparation phase was associated with better performance time. specifically, less attentional cues with higher percentages of focus on the opponent resulted in more quick performances. In conclusion, our findings demonstrate that focus on opponent during preparation phase is associated with superior technique execution during real competitions.
