تأثیر وابستگی به فضای مجازی بر یادگیری صریح و ضمنی تکلیف توالی حرکتی

چکیده
مقدمه: وابستگی به فضای مجازی می‌تواند بر کارکردهای شناختی و حرکتی از جمله یادگیری و حافظه اثرگذار باشد.

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر وابستگی به فضای مجازی بر یادگیری صریح و ضمنی تکلیف توالی حرکتی انجام شد.

روش: شرکت‌کنندگان شامل تعداد 48 نفر دانش‌آموز 16 تا 18 سال بودند که به‌صورت در دسترس انتخاب و در چهار گروه (12 نفری) مشتمل بر وابسته به فضای مجازی یادگیری صریح، وابسته به فضای مجازی - یادگیری ضمنی، عادی - یادگیری صریح و عادی - یادگیری ضمنی تقسیم شدند. به­منظور تشخیص افراد وابسته به فضای مجازی و عادی از آزمون اعتیاد به اینترنت کیمبرلی یانگ و برای بررسی یادگیری حرکتی شرکت‌کنندگان از نرم­افزار SRTT استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مرکب با اندازه‌های تکراری تحلیل گردید.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق حاضر نشان داد وابستگی به فضای مجازی تأثیر معناداری بر یادگیری صریح و ضمنی تکلیف توالی حرکتی داشت به‌طوری‌که بین دو گروه افراد وابسته به فضای مجازی و همتایان عادی در یادگیری صریح و ضمنی تکلیف توالی حرکتی، تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (05/0>P). افراد عادی عملکرد بهتری در هر دو حالت صریح و ضمنی نسبت به افراد وابسته به فضای مجازی داشتند.

نتیجه‌گیری نهایی: نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که وابستگی به فضای مجازی می‌تواند منجر به تضعیف یادگیری صریح و ضمنی گردد. با توجه به یافته‌ها پیشنهاد می­گردد با طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های حرکتی پرنشاط در مدارس و دیگر محیط‌های آموزشی، زمینه کاهش استفاده مفرط از فضای مجازی فراهم شود.

Background: Cyberspace dependence can affect cognitive and motor functions, including learning and memory.

Aim: The present study aimed to investigate the effect of cyberspace dependence on explicit and implicit learning of a motor sequence task.

Methods: Participants were 48 high school students aged 16 to 18 years, selected through convenience sampling and divided into four groups of 12: cyberspace dependent–explicit learning, cyberspace dependent–implicit learning, non-dependent–explicit learning, and non-dependent–implicit learning. Young’s Internet Addiction Test was used to distinguish cyberspace-dependent from non-dependent individuals, and the Serial Reaction Time Task (SRTT) software was applied to assess motor learning. Data were analyzed using mixed-design ANOVA with repeated measures.

Results: The findings revealed that cyberspace dependence had a significant effect on explicit and implicit learning of the motor sequence task (P<0/05). Specifically, non-dependent participants outperformed their cyberspace-dependent peers in both explicit and implicit learning conditions.

Conclusion: The results suggest that cyberspace dependence may weaken both explicit and implicit learning. Accordingly, it is recommended that schools
and other educational environments implement engaging motor activity programs to reduce excessive cyberspace use among students and to promote motor learning.
