تحلیل راهبردهای جبران خدمت مدیران باشگاه های ورزشی بر اساس چرخه حیات به روش Delphi Fuzzy

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل راهبردهای جبران خدمت مدیران باشگاه های ورزشی بر اساس چرخه حیات آنها انجام پذیرفت. این پژوهش یک پژوهش آمیخته با رویکرد کیفی و کمی، از شاخه مطالعات اکتشافی است که از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع پژوهش های پیمایشی می باشد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه خبره است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، باشگاه های ورزشی فعال در رشته فوتبال در لیگ 2، لیگ 1 و لیگ برتر هستند که اعضای نمونه آن از میان مدیران عالی، مدیران روابط عمومی و مدیران رسانه ای این باشگاه ها انتخاب شده اند. با توجه به هدف تحقیق، نمونه گیری در این تحقیق به صورت هدفمند بوده که با رعایت اصل کفایت نظری، حجم نمونه برآورد شد. داده های پژوهش در بخش کیفی با استفاده از کد گذاری و نرم افزار Atlas.ti و در بخش کمی با استفاده از روش Delphi fuzzy تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش مشتمل بر ارائه ماتریس راهبردهای جبران خدمت مدیران باشگاه های ورزشی و تعیین ترکیب راهبرد ها بر اساس چرخه حیات باشگاه ها ست. به عنوان نمونه باشگاه های ورزشی که در مرحله شروع و راه اندازی قرار دارند، باید از ترکیب جبران خدمت مدیران به صورت حقوق بر مبنای مالکیت، برنامه تملّک سهام و سهیم شدن در مالکیت استفاده نمایند.

Analyze the Sport Club Managers Compensation Strategies Based on Club Life Cycle with Delphi Fuzzy Method

چکیده English

This paper was conducted with aim of analyze sport club manager’s compensation strategies based on their life cycle. This research is a mixed research with qualitative and quantitative approach. In the qualitative section data were gathered with semi-structured interview and in the quantitative section data were gathered with expert questionnaire. The statistical population is the sports clubs, and the sample members are selected from senior managers, public relations managers and media managers of these clubs. According to the purpose of the study, the sampling in this study is purposive and with regardeng to the principle of theoretical adequacy, the sample size was estimate. The research data were analyzed in qualitative section using Atlas.ti and in quantitative section data were analyzed by Delphi fuzzy method. The results indicate that Clubs that are in the start-up level, should use the combination of compensation for executives in the form of ownership rights, equity ownership plans and ownership shares. In addition, the results show that Clubs that are in the growth level, able to compensate their managers with using merit-based salaries, output-based remuneration, and success-based pay.
