هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه میان ادراک ورزشکاران نوجوان از جهتگیریهای انگیزه پیشرفت مربیان (جوّ تکلیفگرا و جوّ خودمحور) و رفتارهای مرتبط با بازی جوانمردانهی آنان انجام شد.
روششناسی: تعداد ۳۱۸ ورزشکار نوجوان ایرانی (میانگین سنی = 10/4±16/60 سال) از رشتههای تیمی بسکتبال و والیبال که دستکم به مدت شش ماه بهطور مستمر با مربی فعلی خود تمرین کرده بودند، بهصورت داوطلبانه در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. شرکتکنندگان دو زیرمقیاس از پرسشنامه جوّ انگیزشی ادراکشده در ورزش-۲ ـ شامل جوّ تکلیفگرا و جوّ خودمحور ـ و سیاهه رفتارهای مربیگری جوانمردانه را تکمیل کردند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد میان ادراک ورزشکاران از جوّ انگیزشی تکلیفگرا و جوّ خودمحور ایجادشده از سوی مربیان، همبستگی منفی معناداری وجود دارد. جوّ تکلیفگرا با هر شش عامل رفتارهای مربیگری جوانمردانه ـ شامل آموزش، الگوسازی، انتظارات/فشار، تقویت/پاداش، ارتباط و تنبیه ـ رابطه مثبت داشت. در مقابل، جوّ خودمحور با سه عامل آموزش، الگوسازی و انتظارات/فشار همبستگی منفی نشان داد.
نتیجهگیری: مربیانی که از راهبردهای آموزش، الگوسازی، تعیین انتظارات روشن، تقویت و پاداش، ارتباط مؤثر و مدیریت تنبیه در رفتارهای جوانمردانه بهره میگیرند، بیش از دیگران جوّی تکلیفگرا و اخلاقمدار در تیم خود ایجاد میکنند. در مقابل، ضعف در این حوزهها با شکلگیری جوّ خودمحور همراه است. بر پایهی این یافتهها، تأکید بر راهبردهای تکلیفگرا و ایجاد محیطی حمایتی و مثبت میتواند به پرورش رفتارهای جوانمردانه، ترویج ارزشهای اخلاقی و تلفیق رشد اخلاقی با موفقیت ورزشی در میان ورزشکاران نوجوان کمک کند.
