هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثرگذاری روش آموزش غیرخطی در اثربخشی حرکت و اکتساب مهارت سرویس کوتاه بک‌هند بدمینتون بود. 14 شرکت کننده (میانگین 64/19 و انحراف استاندارد 74/0 سال) سرویس کوتاه بدمینتون را با استفاده از دو روش آموزش خطی و غیرخطی آموزش دیدند. روش خطی بر پایه روش های سنتی و مرسوم و در مقابل روش غیر خطی بر گرفته از پویایی های بوم شناختی با استفاده از قیود تکلیف (قوانین مربوط به فعالیت و تجهیزات) طرح‌ ریزی و اجرا شد. دقت اجرای سرویس کوتاه بک‌هند و متغیرهای کینماتیکی برای تحلیل های بعدی انتخاب شدند. از آزمون کواریانس برای سنجش اثر متغیر مستقل بر دقت اجرا و از تحلیل کلاستر برای سنجش دیجنریسی، استفاده شد. علی رغم پیشرفت هر دو گروه نسبت به پیش آزمون، تفاوتی در نمرات دقت اجرای سرویس بین گروه ها وجود نداشت (767/0=p). همچنین افراد گروه غیرخطی، تعداد خوشه های بیشتری نسبت به گروه خطی ایجاد کردند. براساس نتایج به دست آمده، رویکرد غیرخطی در دستیابی به اهداف تکلیف همپای گروه خطی بود، اما به دلیل محور قرار دادن، پردازش ناهوشیار، تفاوت های فردی و نیازهای ویژه تکلیف اثربخشی آن بیشتر است. همچنین ظهور دیجنریسی از سوی گروه غیرخطی مشخص شد. توجه به مقوله هایی چون ماهیت تکلبف و نیازهای آن، تفاوت های فردی و همچنین طراحی دقیق‌تر فراهم سازها می تواند رویکرد غیرخطی را غنی تر سازد.
