fa شناسایی روش های مناسب برای بلوک مالی در کسب وکارهای گردشگری ورزشی Identify Appropriate Methods for Financial Block in Sports Tourism Businesses مدیریت ورزشی sport management پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی روش های مناسب برای بلوک مالی به عنوان یکی از چهار بخش اصلی مدل کسب وکار استروالدر در کسب وکارهای گردشگری ورزشی بود. پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای مطالعه‌ای کیفی و با روش تحلیل تم براون و کلارک (2006) انجام شده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل ذینفعان و مدیران متخصص در بخش گردشگری ورزشی و همچنین افراد شاغل در بخشهای مختلف کسب وکارهای گردشگری ورزشی استان گیلان بودند. تعداد 15 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند با تکنیک گلوله برفی و غیرتصادفی تا مرحلۀ اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. این پژوهش با روش تحلیل مضمون و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیو‌دی‌ای انجام شده است. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که مؤلفه‌های بلوک مالی برای این نوع از کسب‌وکارها شامل 10 بعد اصلی و 27 بعد فرعی در 2 مضمون (تم) شامل مدل درآمدی و ساختار هزینه می‌باشد. ساختار هزینه شامل هزینه آموزش، هزینه تسهیلات زیرساختی، هزینه برگزاری تورها و هزینه منابع انسانی و مدل درآمدی نیز شامل نیازهای مالی، صحه گذاری ورزشکاران، اجاره بهای تسهیلات، حق عضویت و استفاده از نرم افزارها و خدمات سلامتی و گردشگری ورزشی می باشد. مدل‌سازی مالی حاصل از تحلیل داده‌های کیفی به صاحبان کسب‌وکارهای گردشگری ورزشی کمک می‌کند تا در محاسبه موقعیت‌ها و در نتیجه با مقایسه سناریوهای مختلف، تصمیم‌گیری کنند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">This study aims to identify the appropriate methods for the financial block as one of the four main elements of Osterwalder's business model. The present study is based on qualitative studies and Brown and Clarke (2006) theme analysis method. The statistical population of the research encompassed owners and adept managers specializing in sport tourism, as well as employees of diverse sections of sport tourism businesses in Guilan province. Fifteen individuals were chosen applying purposive sampling with the help of snowball and non-random techniques, the sampling procedure continued until the theoretical saturation stage was reached. This research has been carried by content analysis method and making use of Max QDA software. Findings indicate that the components of the financial block for this type of business include ten main dimensions and 27 sub-dimensions in 2 themes (theme) including, revenue model and cost structure. The cost structure also includes the cost of infrastructure facilities, the cost of tours, the cost of human resources and the cost of training and the revenue model also includes health and sports tourism services, facility rent, athlete certification, membership fees, and the use of apps and financial needs.
