fa تحلیل کیفی مسئولیت اجتماعی ورزشکاران حرفه ای در دوران پاندومی کویید-19 Social Responsibility of Professional Athletes during COVID-19 Pandemic: A Qualitative Study مدیریت ورزشی sport management پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">براساس مفهوم مسئولیت اجتماعی، از آنجایی که ورزشکاران حرفه‌ای نیز عضوی از اجتماع به شمار می‌روند و مانند سایر اعضای جامعه در برابر محیط پیرامون خود مسئولیت دارند، ضروری است علاوه بر بهبود عملکرد ورزشی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی خود، تا حدامکان ارتقای استانداردهای زندگی اجتماعی افراد جامعه را نیز در دستور کار خود قرار دهند. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مسئولیت اجتماعی ورزشکاران حرفهای در دوره بیماری کرونا بود. نوع تحقیق کیفی و به روش گراند تئوری انجام شد و مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش را  14 نفر از ورزشکاران، کارشناسان و اعضای هیئت علمی تشکیل دادند که به روش مصاحبه و با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری نظری انجام شد. همچنین یافته‌ها از طریق روش کدگذاری در سه مرحله‌ی باز، محوری و انتخابی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند و مجموعه‌ای از مضامین اولیه طی فرایند کدگذاری باز گردآوری و از آنها مقوله‌هایی استخراج شد. سپس در مرحله کدگذاری محوری و گزینشی، پیوند میان این مقوله‌ها زیر عناوین بسترها، راهبردها و پیامدها تعیین شد. بر اساس نتایج 93 نشان در کدگذاری شناسایی شد که در  20 مقوله جای گرفت. با توجه به نتایج پیشنهاد می‌شود که مسئولان و تصمیم‌گیرندگان ارشد در ورزش، با آگاهی نسبت به پتانسیل بالای ورزشکاران در جهت موج‌آفرینی و تأثیرگذاری اجتماعی، سیاست های پیش گیرانه در رابطه با شرایط بحرانی ویروس کووید 19 را برنامه‌ریزی کنند و نظر به مسئولیت اجتماعی ورزشکاران در این زمینه تصمیمات خود را اتخاذ کنند.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">According to the concept of social responsibility, since professional athletes are members of society and, like other members of society, are responsible for their environment, it is necessary for them both to improve their sportive, economic and social performance and to promote the social living standards of the people of the society. Therefore, the main purpose of the present study was to investigate the social responsibility of professional athletes during Coronavirus pandemic. The research design was qualitative and was conducted through Grounded theory Also, the statistical sample of the research consisted of fourteen athletes, experts and faculty members who underwent interview. Also, the findings were analyzed through coding method in three stages open, axial and selective, and a set of basic themes was collected during the open coding process and categories were extracted from them, accordingly. Then, in the axial and selective coding stage, the link between these categories was determined under the headings of contexts, strategies and consequences. Based on the results, nine-three marks were identified in the coding, which were placed in 20 categories.
