fa تاثیر توجه بر رفتار چشم ساکن و دقت اجرا در یک تکلیف هدف گیری رفتار حرکتی motor behavior پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">مطالعه حاضر با هدف، تعیین تاثیر متمرکز کردن توجه بر رفتار چشم ساکن و دقت اجرا در مهارت پرتاب دارت می باشد. بدین منظور 20 دانشجوی پسر مبتدی در دارت (دامنه سنی 22-19 سال) به‌طور داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند.</span><span lang="FA">تمام شرکت کنندگان به‌صورت کانتربالانس دستورالعمل های توجه بیرونی و درونی را اجرا کردند. بدین صورت که، </span><span lang="AR-SA">ابتدا شرکت&shy;کنندگان 10 کوشش را در حالت پایه (بدون دستورالعمل توجهی) انجام دادند. سپس بصورت کانتربالانس در مجموع 20 کوشش تمرینی را در دو شرایط راهبردهای توجه بیرونی و درونی اجرا نمودند. در تمامی کوشش&shy;ها اطلاعات سیستم بینایی</span> <span lang="AR-SA">با استفاده از دستگاه ردیابی چشم ثبت گردید و برای اندازه&shy;گیری دقت از فرمول خطای شعاعی استفاده شد. داده&shy;ها به وسیله آزمون تحلیل واریانس درون گروهی با اندازه&shy;گیری تکراری تحلیل شد (05/0 </span><span dir="LTR">(P=</span><span lang="AR-SA">. یافته ها نشان داد که دقت پرتاب در شرایط توجه بیرونی نسبت به شرایط پایه و درونی بهبود معنی&shy;داری یافت (001/0 </span><span dir="LTR">P=</span><span lang="AR-SA">).&nbsp; همچنین نتایج حاکی از آن بود که، دوره چشم ساکن در شرایط کانون توجه بیرونی نسبت به شرایط توجه درونی طولانی تر بود (001/0 </span><span dir="LTR">P=</span><span lang="AR-SA">). با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده از این تحقیق می</span> <span lang="AR-SA">توان اینطور فرض کرد که، طول دوره چشم ساکن، یکی از مکانیسم های اساسی در دقت اجرای مهارت هدف گیری در مبتدیان می باشد و متمرکزکردن توجه علاوه بر دقت اجرا بر طول دوره چشم ساکن نیز تاثیرگذار است.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:13.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span arial="" style="font-family:">The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of focusing attention on quiet eye behavior and accuracy of execution on dart throwing skills.<b> </b>For this purpose, 20 male students in dart beginner (age range 19-22 years old) were voluntarily selected. All participants performed external and internal attention instructions in a counterbalanced manner. Thus, Participants first made 10 attempts at baseline (without attentive instructions). Then performed a total of 20 training attempts as counterbalance in both external and internal attention strategies. In all trials, visual system information was recorded using an eye tracking device and the radial error formula was used to measure accuracy. Data were analyzed by repeated measure ANOVA (P=0.05). The results showed that the accuracy of throwing was significantly improved in external attention condition compared to baseline and internal conditions (P=0.001).
