fa شناسایی منابع کارآمدی فردی از تجارب ورزشکاران تیم ملی هندبال رفتار حرکتی motor behavior پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">هدف تحقیق حاضر شناسایی منابع کارآمدی فردی از تجارب ورزشکاران تیم ملی هندبال بود. در این مطالعه با رویکردی کیفی از روش پدیدار‌شناسی استفاده شد. جامعه‌ی مورد پژوهش، ورزشکاران عضو تیم ملی رشته هندبال در سال1393(2014) بوده که به صورت هدفمند و با شیوه‌ی گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. مشارکت‌کنندگان(8 مرد و 4 زن) بطور داوطلبانه در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات، از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. تلاش شد نتایج این مطالعه بواسطه‌ی معیارهای باورپذیری، اطمینان‌پذیری، تأییدپذیری و انتقال‌پذیری قابل اعتماد گردد. طبق یافته‌های بدست آمده از مصاحبه‌ها، منابع کارآمدی فردی مشارکت‌کنندگان، در قالب 4 کد تبیینی &laquo;تجارب ورزشی&raquo;، &laquo;تجارب تمرینی&raquo;، &laquo;تجارب روانی&raquo; و &laquo;تجارب اجتماعی&raquo;،&nbsp; شناسایی و تدوین گردید. نتایج این پژوهش از جنبه‌ای مشابه دیگر نظریه‌های موجود و از جنبه‌ای مکمل و خاص است. بر اساس یافته‌ها، پژوهش حاضر اهمیت دادن به موضوع کارآمدی فردی برای رسیدن به موفقیت‌های بیشتر ورزشی در عرصه‌های بین‌المللی بویژه در ورزش‌های تیمی را پیشنهاد می‌کند‌‌.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The aim of this study was to identify resource-efficient individual experiences handball national team athletes. This was a qualitative study and applied phenomenology as its methodology. The research community, athletes, field handball national team in 1393 (2014), which were selected purposefully and snowball method. Participants (8 men and 4 women) voluntarily participated in this study. For data collection, semi-structured interviews were used. Data were analyzed using themed analysis. The study was an attempt by the standards of credibility, reliability, and portability Verifiability is reliable. The findings obtained from the interviews, resource-efficient individual participants in 4 explanatory Code &quot;sports experiences&quot;, &quot;practical experience&quot;, &quot;social experience&quot;, &quot;mental experiments&quot; were identified. The findings were similar to other theories and were complementary and special in some regards. Some findings were contradictory.
