fa اثر وضعیت اقتصادی اجتماعی بر تبحر حرکتی کودکان 4 تا 6 سال شهر تهران با وزن هنگام تولد خیلی کم و نرمال رفتار حرکتی motor behavior پژوهشي Research <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر مستقیم و تعاملی وضعیت اجتماعی اقتصادی و وزن هنگام تولد بر تبحر حرکتی کودکان شهر تهران انجام شد. مطالعه حاضر از نوع مقطعی </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">که در اردیبهشت تا خرداد سال 1395 انجام شد</span></span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">و جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">دخترها و پسرهای 5/4 تا 6 ساله با وزن خیلی کم و نرمال تولد از مناطق 2 و 19 شهر تهران بود که از میان آن تعداد 132 کودک به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه وضعیت اجتماعی اقتصادی و آزمون برونینکز اوزرتسکی -2 استفاده شد و اطلاعات به دست آمده با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس دوراهه تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد تبحر حرکتی در کودکان با وزن خیلی کم تولد پایین تر ازکودکان با وزن نرمال تولد بود(001/0</span></span></span><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">)، همچنین در مورد تاثیر وضعیت اجتماعی اقتصادی، تبحر حرکتی در کودکان با وضعیت اجتماعی اقتصادی پایین کمتر از کودکان با وضعیت اجتماعی اقتصادی بالا بود (001/0</span></span></span><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">p<</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) و ارتباط معناداری بین اثر وزن بر تبحر حرکتی با اثر </span></span></span><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">SES</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بر تبحر حرکتی وجود نداشت (اثر تعاملی) (633/0</span></span></span><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> p=</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد وضعیت اجتماعی اقتصادی بالا از قابلیت تعدیل اثرات منفی وزن کم تولد بر رشد حرکتی برخوردار است، اما نتوانست به صورت معنادار اثر جبرانی داشته باشد. بنابراین تاکید بر نقش وضعیت اجتماعی اقتصادی در سلامت کودکان با وزن خیلی کم و نرمال تولد اهمیت دارد.</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> همچنین نیاز است مداخلات نظیر بهبود کیفیت محرک های محیطی و مراقبت مادران باردار و&nbsp; آگاهی رسانی جهت پیشگیری از تولد نوزادان کم وزن در برنامه های کاربردی لحاظ شود.</span></span></span> This study aimed to evaluate the direct and interactive effects of socioeconomic status and birth weight on Tehran children motor proficiency.<strong> :</strong> The present study was a cross-sectional research which conducted in April and May of 2016 and the study population included 4/5 to 6-year-old boys and girls with very low and normal birth weight from 2 and 19 districts of Tehran city that from which 132 children were selected through a&nbsp; convenience sampling. In this research we used socioeconomic status questionnaire and Bruininks-Oseretsky -2 test.&nbsp; obtained data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA. The results showed that motor proficiency in children with very low birth weight was lower than those with normal birth weight (P <0/001), and in terms of effect of socioeconomic status, results showed that motor proficiency of children with low socioeconomic status was lower than those with high socio-economic status (P <0/001) and there wasn&rsquo;t any significant relationship between effect of weight on motor proficiency with effect of SES on motor proficiency (Interactive effects )(P = 0/633). Results of the study showed that high socio-economic status had the capability of adjustment the negative effects of low birth weight on motor development. But it couldn&#39;t has a meaningful reparative effect. Thus the emphasis on the role of socioeconomic status on health of children with very low and normal birth weight is important.
