fa مدل عوامل موثر در نهادینه کردن ورزش همگانی در ایران مدیریت ورزشی sport management پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">هدف این تحقیق تبیین مدل عوامل موثر در نهادینه کردن ورزش همگانی در ایران بود. روش انجام تحقیق آمیخته، از نوع اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق در بخش شناخت عوامل را کلیه متخصصین در حوزه ورزش همگانی و نهادینه سازی تشکیل می دادند و در بخش طراحی و آزمون مدل جامعه آماری تحقیق را کلیه مدیران و کارشناسان مسئول ورزش همگانی تشکیل داده بودند (306 نفر) که به روش تمام شمار نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شد. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ای بود که روایی آن توسط مطالعه مبانی نظری و دقت نظر 10 نفر از اساتید و متخصصین بررسی و پایایی آن توسط ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 91/0 محاسبه گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد مدل تحقیق دارای 4 بعد فردی، گروهی، سازمانی و محیطی با 28 عامل است. شاخص&shy;های برازش مدل تحقیق </span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در سطح قابل قبولی بودند، بدین معنی که مدل دارای برازش مطلوبی است و ساختار عاملی در نظر گرفته شده برای آن قابل قبول است. </span></span><a name="OLE_LINK4"></a><a name="OLE_LINK3"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه دوم نشان داد </span></span></a><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مهمترین بعد در نهادینه کردن ورزش همگانی در ایران بعد سازمانی بود (93/0، <a name="OLE_LINK2">34/7 =</a></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">t</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) و پس از آن بعد گروهی (82/0، 46/7 =</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">t</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">)، محیطی (70/0، 34/6 =</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">t</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) و فردی (65/0، 31/7 =</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">t</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) قرار داشتند. در بعد سازمانی مهمترین عامل منابع انسانی (67/0، 91/6 =</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">t</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) بود. در بعد گروهی، گروه های مرجع (65/0، 37/7 =</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">t</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">)، در بعد محیطی، محیط اقتصادی، فرهنگی و جغرافیایی (59/0، 08/6؛ 04/6؛ 05/6 =</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">t</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) و نهایتاً در بعد فردی باور و نگرش (75/0، 78/9 =</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">t</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) مهمترین عامل بود. </span></span> The purpose of this research was the explanting effective factors model in institutionalization of sport for all in Iran. The research method was mixed method in type of exploratory. The statistical population in part of factors recognition was composed of all specialists in sport for all and institutionalization and in part of design and testing of model, statistical population was composed of all managers and experts responsible for sport for all that research sample was selected with census method<span dir="RTL">.</span> (306 person) Measurement tool was a questionnaire compiled by the researcher which its validity was investigated by study of theoretical basis and surveys of 10 professors and experts and its reliability by Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient 0/91 was calculated. The research results revealed the research model have four dimensions include individual, group, organizational and environmental with 28 factors. The proportionality indices of research model were at an acceptable level, that is, research model had a good proportionality and factor structure of it was acceptable. Finally, results of the second-order confirmatory factor analysis showed the most important dimension in institutionalization of sport for all in Iran was organizational dimension (0/93, t = 7/34) and afterwards were group <a name="OLE_LINK5">(0/82, t = 7/46)</a>, environmental (0/70, t = 6/34) and individual dimension (0/65, t = 7/31).
