fa تاثیر بینایی و مقدار تمرین بر دقت و کینماتیک پرتاب دارت: مطالعه فرضیه اختصاصی تمرین رفتار حرکتی motor behavior پژوهشي Research <p>طبق فرضیۀ اختصاصی تمرین، دردسترسبودن بینایی- بهخصوص هنگام اجرای تکالیفی که بینایی نقش مهمی در بهبود<br> دقت اجرای آنها دارد به تخریب اجرا در آزمون انتقال بدون بینایی- منجر میشود. شاید تفاوت یا تغییر در الگوی<br> کینماتیکی را بتوان از جمله دلایل تاثیرگذار محسوب کرد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی اثر بینایی و مقدار تمرین بر دقت و<br> کینماتیک پرتاب دارت است. به این منظور، 02 نفر از دانشجویان دختر غیرتربیتبدنی راستدست و بدون تجربه قبلی در<br> مهارت پرتاب دارت انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه با بینایی کامل و بدون بینایی تقسیم شدند. مراحل اکتساب شامل<br> دو مرحله، 54 کوشش تمرینی ) 3 بلوک 54 کوششی( و 322 کوشش تمرینی ) 02 بلوک 54 کوشش( بود. 52 دقیقه بعد از<br> 3( در &times; شرکت کردند. نتایج تحلیل واریانس مرکب ) 0 KR هر مرحلۀ آزمودنیها در آزمون انتقال بدون بینایی و بدون<br> مراحل اکتساب نشان داد که بینایی نقش مهمی برای بهبود دقت اجرا در تکلیف پرتاب دارت دارد. تحلیل دادههای<br> کینماتیکی در مراحل اکتساب، تفاوت معنیداری بین دو گروه در متغیرهای کینماتیکی دامنۀ جابهجایی زاویهای مچ، آرنج و<br> دو گروه پساز 322 )p=2/ و مدتزمان پرتاب ) 220 )p=2/ درحالیکه سرعت زاویهای ) 220 ،)p<2/ شانه نشان نداد ) 24<br> کوشش تمرینی با یکدیگر تفاوت داشتند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که در تکلیف پرتاب دارت فرضیۀ اختصاصیبودن<br> تمرین در مورد دقت اجرا، پساز تعداد کوششهای تمرینی زیاد صدق میکند، اما الگوی کینماتیکی اجرای پرتاب دارت،<br> صرفنظر از مقدار تمرین، از فرضیۀ اختصاصی تمرین حمایت نمیکند.</p> <p>According to Specificity of practice hypothesis, availability of visual information<br> specially during performing tasks witch vision has an important role in improving<br> the accuracy, causes further performance decrements in No-vision transfer test.<br> The purpose of the current study was to examine the effects of vision and amount<br> of practice on accuracy and kinematic of dart throwing. 20 female students of righthanded<br> who were all novitiate in the skill selected voluntarily and randomly<br> assigned to full vision and No-vision groups.The subjects following participated in<br> pretest, performed acquisition phase that consisted two level of modest and<br> extensive practice (45 trials and 300 trials). 10 minutes after each level of practice,<br> participants completed transfer trials in a no-vision and no-KR condition. Overall,<br> Mixed ANOVA (2&times;3) in acquisition phase revealed that vision improved Dart<br> throwing accuracy performance. Kinematic analysis revealed no significant<br> difference between two groups in Wrist flexion, Angular displacement of elbow and<br> Angular displacement of shoulder. Whereas after 300 trials of practice, there was<br> significant difference between groups in throwing time and angular velocity of the<br> dart.
