fa بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر پرورش استعدادهای ورزشکاران دوومیدانی ایران رفتار حرکتی motor behavior پژوهشي Research <p><span dir="RTL">تحقیق حاضر به بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر پرورش استعدادهای ورزشکاران دوومیدانی ایران از دیدگاه صاحب‌نظران ، مربیان و ورزشکاران می‌پردازد. روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی پیمایشی است. نمونه آماری شامل150نفر از صاحب‌نظران، مربیان و ورزشکاران می‌باشد. ابزار اندازه گیری، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌ با 6عامل و 45گویه است که پایایی درونی آن توسط آزمون آلفاکرونباخ 82/0 بدست آمده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری داده‌ها با به‌کارگیری از نرم افزار </span>&nbsp;SPSS₍₁₅₎<span dir="RTL">از آزمون‌های </span>KS<span dir="RTL">، </span><span dir="RTL">توزیع دوجمله ای، </span>t<span dir="RTL">تک نمونه‌ای و فریدمن استفاده گردید.</span><span dir="RTL"> آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق نشان داد که بر اساس آزمون </span>t<span dir="RTL">تک نمونه‌ای و توزیع دوجمله ای، عوامل میزان آگاهی و شناخت، شیوه جذب و شناسایی، کیفیت پیست و تجهیزات، نقش فدراسیون و هیأت‌های دوومیدانی، نقش مربیان و همچنین حامیان مالی و میزان درآمدزایی بر پرورش استعدادهای ورزشکاران دوومیدانی ایران اهمیت و تأثیر معنی داری دارند.</span> <span dir="RTL">به نظر می‌رسد با توجه به نقش مهم فدراسیون و هیأت‌های دوومیدانی و همچنین حامیان مالی و میزان درآمدزایی</span><span dir="RTL">، توجه به این عوامل در دستیابی به نتایج مناسب از فرایند پرورش استعدادهای ورزشکاران، دارای اهمیت می باشد.</span></p> <p><strong>Objective: </strong>The purpose of current investigation is studding of talent identification factors and education talent development on the track & field&#39;s athletes in Iran by views of experts, coaches and athletes.<strong>Methodology: </strong>The descriptive research method was used in current research. The number of 150 experts, coaches and athletes were recruited in this research. &nbsp;The number of 6 variables and 45 options form questioner were applied in statistical analysis.&nbsp; Reliability of questioner was examined and the result shows the high in reliability (Cronbach&#39;s alpha test: 0.82). For data analysis KS, binomial, one sample t-test and the Friedman test were used.
