fa انسداد ناشی از فشار در اجرای سرو تنیس: توضیح مبتنی بر نیازهای توجه رفتار حرکتی motor behavior پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">در پژوهش حاضر، نویسندگان برای پدیده انسداد ناشی از فشار که در مهارت‌های ورزشی اتفاق می‌افتد یک توضیح مبتنی بر نیازهای توجه ارائه کرده‌اند. به این منظور با استفاده از روش تکلیف دوگانه نیازهای توجه اجرای سرو تنیس در دو موقعیت فشار پایین و بالا ارزیابی شد. تعداد 20 بازیکن ماهر تنیس به‌عنوان شرکت‌کننده انتخاب شدند و 60 سرو را به‌عنوان تکلیف اصلی در دو شرایط فشار پایین و بالا (رقابت) اجرا کردند. تکلیف ثانویه پاسخ به یک محرک شنیداری بود که در چهار موقعیت کاوش حین اجرای سرو ارائه ‌شد. طبق نتایج شرایط فشار ازیک‌طرف باعث افت عملکرد سرو تنیس، و از طرف دیگر افزایش سطح منابع توجه و تغییر الگوی نیازهای توجه شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد ورزشکاران ماهر تحت شرایط فشار در قیاس با شرایط عادی منابع توجه بیشتری به اجرای خود اختصاص داده و روی برخی از بخش‌های مهارت بیشتر متمرکز می‌شوند. این تغییرات در نیازهای توجه می‌تواند علت انسداد در ورزش باشد. نتایج تحقیق شواهدی عینی و قوی در راستای پیش‌بینی‌های نظریه‌های تمرکز بر مهارت، مطرح در موضوع انسداد در ورزش ارائه می‌دهد.</p> <p>In this investigation the authors presented an attentional demand explanation for the choking under pressure occurred in sport skills. For this porpouse, attentional demands in tennis serve performance was compared under low and high pressure conditions by using dual task paradigm. Twenty tennis players served as participants and performed sixty serves as primary task in low and high (competition) conditions. Secondary task was to respond an auditory stimuli that presented during tennis serve in four probe positions. The results showed that on one hand, the pressure condition deteriorated tennis serves performance and on the other hand, it caused an increment in level of attentional resources and changeed pattern of attentinal demands. The results indicated that skillful athletes allocated more attention to their performance and more focusing to some positions of the skill under pressure condition compared to normal condition. It suggested that such attention demands changes can cause choking in sport.
