fa جو انگیزشی ادراک شده، خشنودی از نیازهای روانشناختی و انگیزش خودمختاری در ورزش کودکان پسر پژوهشي Research هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی الگوی ارتباطی بین جو انگیزشی ادراک­شده، خشنودی از نیاز روان­شناختی و انگیزش خودمختاری در ورزش کودکان پسر، بر اساس نظریه خودمختاری است. نمونه 255 نفری با محدوده سنی 12-14، از رشتـه­های مختلف ورزش­های تیمی، پرسش­نامـه­های جو انگیزشی برای ورزش کودکان، مقیاس نیازهای روان­شناختی در ورزش و پرسش­نامه تنظیمات رفتاری در ورزش را تکمیل کردند. برای آزمون فرضیه­ها از همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل عامل تأییدی و تحلیل مدل­یابی معادله ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها نشان داد تأثیر جو تبحر­محور بر نیازهای وابستگی، شایستگی و استقلال، مثبت و معنی­دار بود. تأثیرشایستگی و وابستگی بر انگیزش خودمختاری، مثبت و معنی­دار بود، ولی تأثیر استقلال بر انگیزش خودمختاری معنی­دار نبود. نقش واسطه­ای نیازهای روان­شناختی در تأثیر جو انگیزشی تبحر­محور بر انگیزش خودمختاری، به ترتیب از طریق وابستگی، شایستگی و استقلال تأیید شد. این نتایج بیانگر آن است که جو انگیزشی تبحر­محور، متغیر انگیزشی مهمی در ورزش کودکان پسر است و از طریق نیازهای واسطه­ای بر انگیزش خودمختاری آنان تأثیر دارد. This study examines the relationship pattern of the motivational climate,satisfaction of the psychological needs and self-determined motivation in youth male athletes based on the self-determination theory (Deci & Ryan, 1985, 2000). A sample of 255 athletes ranging from 12-14 years of age from varity of team sports completed the Motivational climate in youth sport, behavioral regulations toward sport, and the basic needs in sport scale. Pearson correlation, Confirmed factor analysis, Structural Equation Modeling analyses were used to examine the research hypotheses. The results revealed mastery oriented climate have a direct, positive influence on relatedness, competence, and autonomy.Competence and relatedness influenced self-determination, positively. Relatedness, competence, and autonomy had mediatory role in affecting mastery climate on self-determination.
