fa بررسی سبک رهبری خلاق مسئولان هیئتهای ورزشی استان قم با توجه به سه دیدگاه رهبری تحولگرا، عملگرا و مردممدار پژوهشي Research تحقیق حاضر سبک رهبری خلاق مدیران هیئت­های ورزشی استان قم را با توجه به سه دیدگاه رهبری تحول­گرا، عمل­گرا و مردم­مدار را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. ازبین 35 هیئت، نواب رئیس و دبیران 33 هیئت ورزشی (63 n=) دو پرسش­نامه ویژگی­های فـردی و پرسش­نامه سبـک رهبری خلاق (CLQ) را تکمیل کردند. پرسش­نامه CLQ شامل 20 سؤال بود که 3 بعد سبک رهبری شامل سبک عمل­گرا، تحول­گرا و مردم­مدار را اندازه­گیری کرده است. پایایی پرسش­نامه با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ 97/0 =&alpha به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها، آزمون­های کلموگروف اسمیرنوف، یومان ویتنی و کروسکال والیس در سطح معنی­داری 05/0 &geP به کار گرفته شد.   <br>نتایج نشان داد تفاوت معنی­داری بین هر سه سبک رهبری خلاق براساس جنسیت مسئولان هیئت­های ورزشی (05/0 &geP و51/0- =Z) وجود داشت. همچنین به طور مجزا تفاوت معنی­داری بین سبک رهبری خلاق   تحول­گرا بر اساس جنسیت مسئولان (01/0 &geP و48/0-  =Z)، بین سبک رهبری خلاق عمل­گرا بر اساس جنسیت مسئولان (05/0 &geP و64/0- =Z) و تفاوت معنی­داری بین سبک رهبری خلاق مردم­مدار بر اساس جنسیت مسئولان (01/0 &geP و41/0- Z=) وجود داشت. همچنین تفاوت معنی­داری بین هر سه سبک رهبری خلاق بر اساس سمت مسئولان هیئت­های ورزشی (05/0 &geP و60/0- Z=) و به طور مجزا تفاوت معنی­داری بین سبک رهبری خلاق تحول­گرا بر اساس سمت مسئولان (05/0 &geP و44/0-Z=) و تفاوت معنی­داری بین سبک رهبری خلاق مردم­مدار بر اساس سمت مسئولان (05/0 &geP و60/0- Z=) وجود داشت. ولی بین سبک رهبری خلاق عمل­گرا بر اساس سمت مسئولان (05/0 &geP و78/0- = Z) تفاوت معنی­داری وجود نداشت. از طرفی دیگر، تفاوت معنی­داری بین هر سه سبک رهبری خلاق براساس وضعیت استخدامی مسئولان هیئت­های ورزشی (05/0 &geP و41/9 = X²) و تفاوت معنی­داری بین هر سه سبک رهبری خلاق براساس سابقه فعالیت مسئولان هیئت­های ورزشی (01/0 &geP و25/13= X²) وجود داشت.  The purpose of this study was to investigate Creative Leadership Styles Chiefs Sport Committees in Qom Province with Caution to their Leadership styles (Transformational, Transactional and People oriented). Between 35 sport committees, 33 assistant managers and committee managers sport committees (n=63) completed the two questionnaire of individual characteristics and Creative leadership questionnaire (CLQ). CLQ is included of 20 questions which 3 leadership style, including transformational, transactional and People oriented. Internal validity of questionnaire was determined by using Alpha Cronbach's test of =&alpha) 0/97). In order to analyze the data the following statistical methods in a significant level of (P&le0.05) were used: Kolmogorov- Smirnoff, mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis. <br>The result of this study indicated that: there is a significant difference between creative leadership styles of transformational, transactional and people oriented with gender of Chiefs Sport Committees (Z=-0.51, p&le0/05). Also there is a significant difference between creative leadership styles of transformational with gender (Z= -0.48, P&le0.05), creative leadership styles of transactional with gender (Z= -0.64, P&le0.05) and creative leadership styles of people oriented with gender (Z = -0.41, P&le0.05), separately. An otherwise the result also indicated that there is a significant difference between the creative leadership styles with post of Chiefs Sport Committees (Z=-0.60, p&le0/05). Also there is a significant difference between creative leadership styles of transformational with post (Z = -0.44, P&le0.05), creative leadership styles of people oriented with post (Z= -0.60, P&le0.05), separately. But there isn’t significant difference between creative leadership styles of transactional with post (Z= -0.78, P&ge0.05).
