چکیده
وزن هنگام تولد از شاخص های مهم سلامت نوزادان در هر جامعه است و به عنوان بهترین وسیله سنجش پیامد بارداری و مهمترین عامل تعیین کننده میزان ابتلا به بیماری یا مرگ نوزاد در نظر گرفته می شود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی ارتباط بین اختلالات بینایی و مشکلات حرکتی بین کودکان 3 تا 6 سال با وزن تولد خیلی کم و وزن تولد بسیار کم بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 88 کودک، 34 کودک با وزن تولد بسیار کم، 54 کودک با وزن تولد خیلی کم بود که بصورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از آزمون مجموعه ارزیابی حرکتی کودکان-ویرایش دوم برای سنجش عملکرد حرکتی و از آزمون های بینایی برای سنجش تیزی بینایی، حساسیت تقابلی، دید سه بعدی، انحراف چشم، نیستاگموس، انطباق پذیری، همگرایی و ادراک بینایی استفاده شد. آزمون عملکردهای بینایی توسط یک چشم پزشک اطفال انجام گرفت. از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون با فواصل اطمینان بوت استراپ شده برای بررسی ارتباط بین هر یک از اندازه های بینایی و عملکرد حرکتی استفاده شد. همچنین برای تعیین ارتباط بین عملکرد حرکتی و انحراف چشم و نیستاگموس از ضریب دو-رشته ای نقطه ای استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که میزان اختلالات بینایی و حرکتی در دو گروه کودکان زودرس در مقایسه با جمعیت سالم مقدار بالای است، اما با ین وجود بین نقص های بینایی و مشکلات حرکتی در دو گروه کودکان زودرس ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت. این بدان معناست که وجود اختلال بینایی منجر به مشکلات حرکتی در کودکان زودرس نمی شود.
