چکیده:   (3413 مشاهده)
هدف از تحقیق حاضر طراحی مدل کسب و کار در آکادمی‌های ورزشی از دیدگاه خبرگان این حوزه می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر بر مبنای پارادایم از نوع تحقیقات تفسیری، به لحاظ هدف کاربردی، رویکرد تحقیق کیفی و نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها به‌صورت مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کارآفرینان، صاحبان کسب‌وکارهای ورزشی، مدیران آکادمی‌های ورزشی، روسای فدراسیون‌های ورزشی و مدیران آکادمی ملی المپیک میباشد که 15 نفر با استفاده از راهبرد نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی و  روش گلوله برفی به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و کد گذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی بوسیله نرم‌افزار Maxqda نسخه 18 صورت گرفت که 9 مؤلفه اصلی و 45 مقوله محوری کشف و احصاء گردید. پایایی بازکُدینگ (کدگذاری مجدد) مصاحبه‌های انجام گرفته در این پژوهش با استفاده از فرمول اسکات، برابر 90 درصد است. مدیران، روسای فدراسیون و آکادمی های ورزشی با این مقوله ها و مولفه ها به صورت جامع آشنا شوند تا بتوانند متناسب با نیاز و ویژگی های کسب و کار خود نسبت به طراحی اجزاء و عناصر کسب و کار آکادمی ورزشی خاص رشته ورزشی خود اقدام نمایند.
