fa ورزشکاران زن از چه هنجارهای نقش جنسیت و تعارض پیروی می‌کنند؟ مطالعه‌ای کیفی در ورزش فوتبال مدیریت ورزشی sport management پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">تلاش برای پایبندی به هنجارهای اجتماعی نقش جنسیت زنانه و هنجارهای نقش ورزشکاری می‌تواند عواقب جسمانی و روانی برای زنان ورزشکار به دنبال داشته باشد. این پدیده به‌عنوان تعارض نقش جنسیت در ورزشکاران زن مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. به‌‌هرحال، پژوهش‌های موجود از این ادعا در ارتباط با تعارض نقش جنسیت در ورزشکاران زن نتایج متفاوتی را گزارش کرده‌اند. هدف از این مطالعه شناخت هنجارهای نقش جنسیت در فوتبال و تجربه تعارض نقش جنسیت در بازیکنان زن فوتبال بود. به این منظور از روش پژوهش کیفی به مصاحبه عمیق با 15 نفر از بازیکنان فوتبال در لیگ برتر فوتبال زنان ایران پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان داد فوتبالیست‌های زن تنوعی از هنجارهای متناقض با نقش جنسیت زنانه را تجربه می‌کنند. همچنین نتایج حاکی از پدیدار شدن سه نوع تعارض نقش جنسیت بود. مشارکت کنندگان در مطالعه حاضر از راهبردهای مختلفی به منظور مدیریت و جلوگیری از تجربه تعارض نقش جنسیت استفاده می‌کنند. به‌طورکلی، این تعارض یک حالت درونی شدید نیست و به کارگیری راهبردهای مختلف کمک می‌کند تا از ماندن در وضعیت تعارض اجتناب کنند.</span></span></span></span></strong></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"B Titr""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>Attempting to enact both feminine and masculine gender-role norms may cause to some psychological and physical problems. This issue is concerned as gender-role conflict phenomenon in female athletes. However, research findings did not support sufficiently this notion. The purpose of this study was to explore the gender-role norms in the context of soccer and experience of gender-role conflict as women who participate in a traditional masculine sport such as soccer. 15 women soccer players between the age of 19 and 32 years old on Iranian super league were interviewed. The results indicated that women soccer players perceived numerous discrepant gender-role norms in the context of soccer. Also, it was explored three different types of gender-role conflict. Participants used various strategies to manege and coping with the gender role conflict.
