fa تحلیل کیفی آسیب‌شناسی سرمایه‌های انسانی فوتبال حرفه‌ای ایران مورد نگاری: داوران حرفه‌ای لیگ‌ برتر فوتبال ایران مدیریت ورزشی sport management پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">داوران فوتبال یکی از اجزای اصلی و کانونی ورزش فوتبال محسوب می‌شوند و با مشکلات بسیاری روبرو هستند که در صورت عدم توجه و عدم شناسایی آسیب‌هایی که موجب کاهش عملکرد ایشان شده و صدمات جبران ناپذیری به پیکره فوتبال نیز وارد خواهد آمد؛ لذا </span><span lang="FA">هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر تحلیل کیفی آسیب شناسی سرمایه‌های انسانی فوتبال حرفه‌ای ایران بود که به صورت مطالعه موردی بر روی داوران حرفه‌ای لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران انجام گرفت. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش توصیفی تحلیلی و به لحاظ اجرا از نوع تحقیقات کیفی می‌باشد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات منابع کتابخانه‌ای، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه دلفی‌ بود. جامعه آماری در بخش مصاحبه شامل کلیه نخبگان حوزه داوری فوتبال و آشنا به مباحث سرمایه انسانی بود که به صورت هدفمند تعداد 20 نفر و در بخش دلفی کلیه داوران بین‌المللی و ملی فوتبال حرفه‌ای ایران که به صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی تعداد 25 نفر از آن‌ها به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شدند. از تکنیک‌های کدگذاری باز و محوری، تلخیص و فیلترگذاری در جهت استخراج داده‌های خام استفاده شد. در نهایت هر 57 آسیب شناسایی شده در بخش داوری فوتبال ایران از سوی خبرگان تحقیق مورد تایید قرار گرفتند. می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که آسیب‌های ساختاری، زمینه‌ای و رفتاری در گروه انسانی داوران از اهمیت بسیار بالایی برخوردار است. بی شک نتایج حاصل از تحقیق می‌تواند در برنامه‌ریزی‌های آتی فدراسیون فوتبال ایران، به ویژه کمیته و دپارتمان داوران چراغ راه بوده و در تعیین خط مشی‌ها به کار گرفته شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.5pt">Football referees are one of the main and central components of football and face many problems that if not paid attention and identified injuries that reduce their performance and irreparable damage to the football body; Therefore, the purpose of this study was to qualitatively analyze the pathology of human capital of professional football in Iran, which was a case study on professional referees in the Iranian Football Premier League.This research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-analytical method and qualitative research in terms of implementation. Data collection tools were library resources, interviews and Delphi questionnaire. The statistical population in the interview section included all the elites in the field of football refereeing and familiar with human capital issues, which targeted 20 people, and in the Delphi section, all international and national referees of professional football in Iran, 25 of them targeted and snowball. Sample titles were considered. Open and axial coding, summarizing and filtering techniques were used to extract the raw data. Finally, all 57 injuries identified in the Iranian football refereeing department were confirmed by research experts. It can be concluded that structural, contextual and behavioral injuries are very important in the human group of judges.
