fa تاثیر دستورالعمل های توجهی در حین الگودهی بر رفتار خیرگی و دقت پرتاب از بالای شانه کودکان 7 تا 10 سال رفتار حرکتی motor behavior پژوهشي Research در تحقیقات زیادی اثربخشی دستورالعمل&shy;های توجهی و تمرینات مشاهده&shy;ای را بر بهبود مهارت&shy;های حرکتی کودکان نشان داده&shy;اند؛ با این وجود در مورد اثرات همزمان این دو متغیر اطلاعاتی کافی وجود ندارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تاثیر دستورالعمل&shy;های توجهی حین مشاهده الگو بر رفتار خیرگی و دقت پرتاب از بالای شانه کودکان بود. تعداد 24 کودک&nbsp; 7 تا 10 سال با رشد طبیعی به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه توجه درونی و بیرونی حین الگودهی قرار گرفتند. تمرینات هر دو گروه شامل مشاهده 10 بار فیلم مدل ماهر پرتاب از بالای شانه همراه با ثبت حرکات چشم بود با این تفاوت که قبل از آن هر گروه دستورالعمل توجهی مربوط به خود را دریافت می کرد. نتایج آزمون های تحلیل واریانس مرکب و <span dir="LTR">t</span> &nbsp;همبسته و مستقل نشان داد که هر دو گروه افزایش معنی داری از پیش-آزمون تا پس-آزمون در دقت (<span dir="LTR">p=</span><span dir="LTR">0.001</span>؛ <span dir="LTR">p=</span><span dir="LTR">0.001</span>) و مدت زمان چشم آرام (<span dir="LTR">p</span><span dir="LTR">=0.005</span>؛ <span dir="LTR">p=</span><span dir="LTR">0.001</span>) مهارت پرتاب از بالای شانه نشان دادند. در مرحله پس آزمون گروه توجه بیرونی حین الگودهی حرکت نسبت به گروه توجه درونی حین الگودهی به طور معنی داری دقت بالاتر (<span dir="LTR">p=</span><span dir="LTR">0.01</span>) و مدت زمان چشم آرام بیشتری (<span dir="LTR">p=</span><span dir="LTR">0.001</span>) داشت. همچنین، گروه توجه بیرونی حین الگودهی حرکت درصد نگاه کردن بیشتری به نشانه&shy;های بیرونی مربوط (توپ و مسیر پرتاب) داشت. بنابراین هدایت توجه بینایی به اثرات حرکت الگوی مشاهده شده، موجب بهبود عملکرد حرکتی و خبرگی بینایی- حرکتی در کودکان می شود.<br> &nbsp; ​Many studies have shown the effectiveness of verbal instructions and observational training&nbsp;on the improvement of children&rsquo;s motor skills; however, there is not enough information about the simultaneous effects of these two variables. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of attention instructions during observation of the model on gaze behavior and accuracy of overarm throwing in children. 24 children 7 to 10 years of age with normal growth selected purposefully and randomly divided into two internal and external attentions during modeling groups. Training in both groups included observation 10 times skilled model overarm throwing&rsquo;s film with eye movement recording, with the difference that before it each group received its own instruction. The results of mix-ANOVA and paired and independent t-tests showed that both groups showed a significant increase from the pre-test to post-test in the accuracy (p=0.001; p=0.001) and duration of the quiet eye (p=0.005; p=0.001) of overarm throwing. In the post-test, the external attention during modeling group compared to the internal attention during modeling had significantly higher accuracy (p=0.01) and longer quiet eye duration (p=0.001). Also, the external attention during modeling had more percentage viewing time to relevant external cues (ball and trajectory).
