چکیده: (4134 مشاهده)
هدف: شیوع بیماری کووید-19 اثرات متعددی را بر صنعت ورزش به طور عام و ورزش قهرمانی و حرفه ای به طور خاص تحمیل نمود. یکی از این اثرات به تعویق افتادن یکساله بازی‌های المپیک 2020 توکیو به عنوان بزرگترین رویداد ورزشی جهان بود. از اینرو، پرسش اصلی تحقیق حاضر این بود که آیا به تعویق افتادن المپیک توکیو 2020 برای کاروان ورزشی ایران فرصت است یا تهدید؟
روش تحقیق: به‌منظور پاسخگویی به این پرسش از روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع گراندد تئوری استفاده شد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده حاکی از آن است که در مجموع کدهای استخراج شده تعداد 92 نشان اولیه مستقل ایجاد شد.
یافته‌ها: کدهای معرف فرصت‌های شامل 6 مورد (حفظ سلامت ورزشکاران و مردم، افزایش آمادگی، کسب سهمیه، بهبود آسیب‌دیدگی‌ها، برنامه ریزی منسجم، افزایش تجربه جوانان) می‌باشد و همچنین کدهای معرف تهدیدهای تعویق المپیک توکیو 2020 نیز شامل 8 مورد (آسیب‌های جسمی و روحی، اختلال در برنامه آموزشی، کاهش سطح عملکرد، آسیبدیدگی ورزشکاران، بازنشستگی ورزشکاران، بلاتکلیفی سهمیه‌ها، قرارداد مربیان، تنگناهای مالی) بود.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بنا بر نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، اگرچه تعویق یکساله بازی‌های المپیک به دلیل شیوع ویروس کرونا را فرصتی برای کسب تجربه بیشتر از سوی ورزشکاران، بهبود مصدومان و افزایش شانس کسب سهمیه کاروان ورزشی ایران بود، اما استفاده از این فرصت‌ها در شرایط بحران به وجود آمده در گرو برنامه‌ریزی مدون مسئولان و دست‌اندرکاران ورزشی کشور است تا بتوانند شانس مدال‌آوری ورزشکاران کشورمان را افزایش داده و جایگاه کاروان ایران را ارتقاء بخشند.
