چکیده:   (3931 مشاهده)
هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثر توجه درونی/بیرونی و مربوط/نامربوط بر تغییرات چشم ساکن و دقت پرتاب بسکتبالیست های ماهر بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه بسکتبالیست های مرد ماهر شهر اصفهان در سال 1396 بودند. با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 20 بسکتبالیست ماهر (25/2 ± 55/24 سال) که شرایط ورود به پژوهش را داشتن(استفاده از بازیکنان لیگ برتر بسکتبال با توجه به آزمون تشخیص سطح تبحر پرتاب آزاد بسکتبال)انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور اندازه‌گیری دقت پرتاب آزاد از مقیاس هشت ارزشی استفاده شد. برای اندازه‌گیری تغییرات چشم ساکن از دستگاه ردیابی حرکات چشم  استفاده شد. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس پی اس اس از آزمون  تی همبسته و تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر استفاده شد. نتایج  حاکی از اثرگذاری هر یک از راهبردهای توجهی بر دقت پرتاب آزاد و تغییرات چشم ساکن بسکتبالیست های ماهر بود. همچنین، راهبرد توجه بیرونی نامربوط در مقایسه با راهبردهای دیگر باعث افزایش بیشتر دقت پرتاب آزاد بسکتبال شد و افزایش بیشتر طول دوره چشم ساکن بسکتبالیست های ماهر گردید. توصیه می‌گردد مربیان برای بهبود عملکرد و رفتار خیرگی ورزشکاران ماهر از راهبرد توجه بیرونی نامربوط استفاده نمایند.
